Best food to feed my family.

I discovered this place last week and I have already been there twice. The chicken is seasoned perfectly and the sides are tasty as well. The lomo saltado is also really good. It is huge portion, the plate is 13.99 but can easily feed two. They also sell homemade Carmel sandwich cookies. For 10 dollars we received 10 cookies, a little pricy for the size but they were really tasty as well and go well with coffee. The only downside is the size inside, there are only a few tables and are crowded together. I can see it being uncomfortable during a lunch or dinner rush. I also wish they were open later they close at 9 pm most nights.

The Lomo Saltado plate is really good and the price is not bad.

Food flavor, freshness, prices, service all realy good. parking limitations and they realy need restrooms for customers no excuses!! also needs a uplift on decor and cleaning.

The food was amazing, and super quick. I've read other reviews saying the wait was long so when my food came out fast I was a bit worried, but it was flavorful!!! And the portions where huge!!! Only downside, no bathroom, not a big deal I guess, but I had a large tea and had nowhere to go lol.

I came here after a trip to IKEA with my brother to get some lomo saltado. Once you walk in your hit with the smell of chicken getting cooked. It's a small restaurant but everything in here was awesome. The lomo saltado is perfect and all of that sauces were amazing. We also got the tallarin Verde which was like spaghetti noodles with a kind of Verde sauce that seemed to be made out if cilantro. It was good but thought the lomo saltado was way better.

My first time here. Ordered 1/2 chicken, lomo saltado, and this green noodles with a thin steak on top.The chicken was decent. Kind of dry. Costco rotisserie chicken is better. The seasoning is good, but.. it was way too dry.Lomo saltado beef was overcooked. The beef was hard and dry like last year's beef jerky. The green noodles are good, but the steak on top was super well done and hard. Very dry... The seasoning on the steak was decent, but it had the texture of a leather shoe.Maybe I had a bad batch, but I am definitely not coming back.

Best Peruvian Restaurant. The Lomo Saltada.....finger licking delicious.

This is an amazing Peruvian chicken eatery. The chicken is slowly cooked on a wood burning rotisserie, until the seasoning completely penetrates into every fiber of the chicken. The green sauce goes perfect with the chicken and salad. Highly recommended if you are in Covina. honest reviewer

Poor customer service I called 40 minutes in advance when I went there to pick up they gave my order to someone else. HORRIBLE waiting at the end after 20 minutes I asked for my money back Brenda did not do anything for me to help

A small place with some very delicious chicken, beef and pork dishes and dessert. Free refills for the drinks. There's not a lot of seating there. I like most people order the food to go. There's handicapped parking and access and seating. The chicken is on a rotisserie right up front where can see if being cooked. Their prices are not that bad. I didn't see a restroom... but I was looking for it. They have other delicious combination plates.

Placed order for single dish. 30 minute wait time. Hour later still don’t have order. Ask about my order it was ready 30 minutes earlier. Told them no one called out my order was ready was contradicted by staff. Food was cold and didn’t taste good.

The chicken is usually the bomb. I think I got a chicken that sat under a heat lamp a little ling which is unusual here. But it still had that great flavor.

Good place to grab some fast Peruvian food. The rotisserie chicken is good and flavorful. Fries are good. The place is nice and neat. It can get packed, and sitting is first come. Parking as well can sometime become a hassle. It gets packed during lunch time as well. But the food is good, the ambiance as well. Great customer service, very helpful staff. Stop by and try some good Peruvian food.

Amazing food here! everything is made fresh to order. Pastas r always served al dente. Their buttered rice is good; even better when u top it with chimichurri. This is a legit peruvian restaurant.On weekends it gets PACKED! I would suggest phoning ur order for pick up.Must try!

Unmatched in the valley. Their Lomo Saltado is my favorite. Be warned the inside can be very hectic, I recommend calling in your order for pickup.

Great little Peruvian restaurant in West Covina. Everything here is amazing but the chicken, rice and green salsas are the stand outs for sure. On this trip we tried the Tallarin Verde with pollo and Lomo Salgado com bistec. Both were amazing and they gave us extra liquid gold, aka green salsa, to go which was awesome. Of course they are take out only these days, but do take orders I eat the phone so it made the trip easy and quick without having to stand around waiting for our food in the tiny shop.

Mr. Pollo never disappoints. You can order anything from the menu and it tastes good. Their drinks are also very refreshing. This is one of our favorite Pollo places. Parking can be difficult sometimes. The sauces are also all good.

You get yummy hot food everytime. Takes a little long, but its worth the wait.

Relatively inexpensive place for good Peruvian food. However during lunch and dinner time this place gets really packed. Show up just an hour before closing is what we do, there's normally seats available and barely any wait time.

Food is good but make sure to use the restroom before coming because they don't have one avaliable to customers. Seating is limited and there can be up to a 30 to 40 minute wait for chicken.

This place has great food. However it is uncomfortably small. It gets really crowded during the evening hours. Their food makes up for it tho.

Their chicken is awesome, best in the area. The sauces they offer on the side are must try.
